Whistleblower Speak Up Policy

Whistleblower Speak Up

Workfast encourages employees and contractors to report any suspicious behaviour to make sure all compliance and process procedures are followed. Workfast aims to create a fair and equitable business environment and encourages stakeholders to speak up if they find any process unfair. Whistleblowers play an important role in identifying missconduct.

In July 2019, new laws came into force which give additional protections to limited categories of people (Eligible Whistleblowers) who make disclosures of certain information (Reportable Conduct) to certain people (Eligible Recipients). All three criteria must be met for the additional statutory protections to apply.

The Workfast Speak Up policy explains what these additional statutory protections are and the circumstances in which they apply. This schedule does not override any rights or obligations you may have at law.
